Support

Contact support

Email admin@roperdigitalgroup.com. Include the app version, iOS version, device model and a description of what happened. Do not email unredacted licence numbers, identity documents or certificates unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic copy.

Renewal reminders

Add an expiry date, leave Renewal reminders enabled for that credential, and allow notifications in iOS Settings. Trade Wallet schedules local alerts for 90, 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry, plus the due date.

Selective iCloud backup

Enable iCloud backup in Trade Wallet Settings, then mark only the credentials you want backed up. Use Back Up Selected Now to retry or Restore Selected Backups on another signed-in device.

Subscription help

Purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling. Manage or cancel the yearly subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Toolbox meetings and crew invites

Meetings are saved locally and can trigger local reminders. Turn on Add to Apple Calendar to write a selected meeting to Calendar, or use Invite Crew to share a standard calendar invitation with email or messaging apps. Trade Wallet cannot automatically accept an invite for another person.

Bookings and work sites

Use the Work tab to keep upcoming jobs and site details together. Create a work site, enter one required credential per line and choose its minimum evidence level. Trade Wallet compares those rules with your passport and explains anything missing, expired or awaiting stronger evidence.

Signing on and off

Open a ready site's card and choose Sign on. If the site has an access code, enter it when asked. Sign off before moving to another site. These are local device records for your own reference; they are not automatically payroll records, government records or employer attendance submissions.

Credential accuracy

Trade Wallet stores convenient copies. It does not turn a self-added record into an official digital licence. Site Ready applies only to the requirements entered for that named site. Confirm currency, authenticity and site acceptance with the issuer, regulator or site controller.
