Trade Wallet: Site Ready
Privacy policy
How Trade Wallet protects qualification, licence and account information.

Information you add
Trade Wallet stores the profile details, credential details, notes and documents you choose to add. It also stores work bookings, work sites and their user-entered requirements, and sign-on and sign-off times that you record. The app uses this information to organise your passport, create local reminders, compare your stored evidence with the requirements for a named site, keep a local attendance history, and prepare copies that you choose to share.
Local storage and encryption
Your working passport is stored locally on your device using Apple technologies. Credential attachments are encrypted before storage. The encryption key is held in Apple Keychain.
Selective iCloud backup
iCloud backup is optional and off by default. If you enable it, only credentials that you individually mark for backup are copied to your private CloudKit database. Encrypted attachments remain encrypted. You can remove all Trade Wallet backups from iCloud without deleting the local passport on your device.
Sign in with Apple and Face ID
Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, Apple provides a stable identifier and, only when you choose to share them, your name and email address. Trade Wallet stores this profile only in the device Keychain; no separate Roper Digital Group account is created and the profile is not sent to an RDG server. You can disconnect Apple in Settings. Face ID or the device passcode can protect access whether or not you use Apple sign-in.
Permissions
The app may request Photos or Files access when you choose an attachment, notification permission for renewal and meeting reminders, and Face ID or device-passcode authentication for vault access. Write-only Calendar access is requested only when you choose to add a toolbox meeting to Apple Calendar; the app does not read existing events. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Team Toolbox meetings
Toolbox talks, pre-starts, training and other meeting details, including crew email addresses you enter, are stored locally. Meeting information is shared only when you add it to Calendar or use the system share sheet to send the generated calendar invitation. Roper Digital Group does not operate a team-meeting database for this release.
Sharing and Wallet
Credential information leaves the app only when you choose to email, export or share it, enable selective iCloud backup, or request a supported Apple Wallet pass. Wallet support remains hidden unless a production signed-pass service is configured.
Analytics, advertising and sale
This release does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Roper Digital Group does not sell your personal information and does not operate a server database containing your stored credentials.
Location and site attendance
This release does not request precise or background location. Site addresses are text entered by the user. Site Ready results and sign-on records are created on the device and are not automatically sent to an employer, council, government agency or Roper Digital Group. A Site Ready result reflects only the requirements entered for that named site and is not government verification or legal clearance.
Control and deletion
You can edit or delete credentials, delete every local credential, remove all Trade Wallet iCloud backups, disable reminders, or sign out from within the app. Apple may retain system backups and purchase records under its own terms.
Important credential notice
Self-recorded credentials are convenience copies and are not issuer verification. Check the relevant regulator, training provider or issuer and carry original evidence where required.
