Rules for RDG websites and services.

These terms apply to Roper Digital Group websites, public support pages, legal pages, documentation, downloads, and parent-company services. App-store terms and app-specific terms may also apply to individual apps.

Use of RDG websites and materials

You may access RDG websites and public support materials for personal, informational, and legitimate product-support purposes. You must not misuse the sites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or use RDG material to build a competing product or confusingly similar service.

Ownership and licence

RDG owns or controls the copyright, product copy, designs, user interface materials, app concepts, code, brand assets, trade names, documentation, and support materials on RDG websites and apps. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the sites and apps as intended.

Restrictions

Except where allowed by law or a written RDG agreement, you must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, train a competing product from, remove notices from, or commercially exploit RDG software, websites, app materials, designs, documentation, or support content.

App-store apps

Apps distributed through Apple or Google may also be governed by the applicable app-store terms, Apple Standard EULA where selected, subscription terms, and app-specific privacy or legal pages. Where there is a conflict, the app-specific terms for that product will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.

No professional advice

RDG apps and websites may support learning, productivity, property workflows, trades, evidence handling, or business tasks, but they do not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, licensing, certification, provider, workplace, or regulator advice.

Independent tools

RDG training, readiness, exam-prep, trade, inspection, and workflow apps are independent tools. RDG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any regulator, certifier, training provider, employer, app store, government body, or third-party program unless a specific written agreement says so.

Limitation

RDG provides public websites and app support materials on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
