All RDG source code, object code, app logic, website code, UI designs, product copy, screenshots, icons, logos, documentation, support materials, learning content, evidence workflows, admin processes, prompts, and operating materials are owned by Roper Digital Group unless a third-party licence or written agreement says otherwise.
Product names
RDG uses product names as trade marks and source identifiers, including Roper Digital Group™, RDG™, Sparky's Ready™, Capstone Ready™, AM2Ready™, Journeyman Ready™, Red Seal Ready™, EWRB Ready™, SOLAS Ready™, Sparky Pro™, Daily Momentum™, Real O Who™, WaveReel™, Sparky's Home Connect™, AIDJ™, and My Body Progression™. Use of TM gives notice of RDG's claim while formal registration and name clearance are assessed over time.
Restrictions
Do not copy, modify, distribute, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, license, rebrand, register confusingly similar names, or use RDG materials to create a competing or misleading product without written permission from RDG.
Contractor and contributor work
Work produced for RDG by contractors, freelancers, agencies, collaborators, or development assistants is intended to be assigned to Roper Digital Group on payment or under the relevant written agreement. Contributors should not reuse RDG app assets, source code, product designs, documentation, prompts, or confidential materials outside the RDG work.
